We’re hiring for Pasta e Basta — a quick-service pasta concept inspired by one of our most beloved restaurants, Ask for Luigi.

Built around a simple idea — great pasta, served quickly, without compromise — Pasta e Basta brings the spirit of Luigi into a high-energy, quick-service environment while staying rooted in the same warmth, care, and hospitality people know and love.

We’re currently building our opening team and are looking for Counter Servers, Cooks, and Chef de Parties. We’d love to meet passionate, hospitality-driven people who are excited to help bring Pasta e Basta to life.
