Summer Like an Italian 2025 – Official Rules & Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor & Administrator

This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Kitchen Table Restaurants (“Sponsor”), 1085 E Cordova, Vancouver BC.

2. Campaign Period

The Contest begins at August 1, 2025  at 9am and ends at September 21, 2025  11:59PM  (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received before the Contest Period ends.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, you may enter by any of the following methods:

  • Purchase Entry: Visit any participating Kitchen Table location, make a qualifying purchase, and scan the in-store QR code or follow instructions to register your entry.

  • No Purchase Necessary Entry: To enter without making a purchase, visit send a legibly handwritten letter including your name, email address, and phone number to: 1085 E Cordova, Vancouver BC. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 1st 2025 and received by August 26th, 2025. All entries, whether by purchase or free entry, have an equal chance of winning.

Limit [3] entries per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

5. Prizes and Entry Tiers

Eligible to win:

  • $200 Kitchen Table gift cards (drawn weekly)

- 5 Stamps
Automatically entered to win:

  • A trip for two to Italy (includes flights and hotel only), courtesy of Kitchen Table Restaurants

    • Travel must take place between January 1 and April 30, 2026

  • A luxury 2-night stay in Whistler, courtesy of Outpost

    • Booking must take place between October 1 and November 26, 2025, excluding blackout dates: November 22–23

Participants who collect 10 or more stamps will receive double entries for all of the above prizes.

 

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the email provided during registration.

  • Winners will be announced no later than October 1, 2025

  • Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

7. Skill-Testing Question

In order to be declared a winner, a selected entrant must, without assistance, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email, online, or telephone. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and another entrant will be selected.

8. Notification & Verification

Selected entrants will be contacted by email within 10 days of the end date. To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must:

  1. Correctly answer the skill-testing question;

  2. Complete, sign, and return a declaration and release form within 7 days of notification; and

  3. Otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, or does not meet the requirements, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected.

9. General Conditions

  • Entries that are incomplete, irregular, or submitted through unauthorized means will be void.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or delayed entries.

  • Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

12. Winners List

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 1085 East Cordova, Vancouver BC within 10 days after the end of the Contest Period.
